Snark beans radically altered my taste expectations for coffee.  Like Abbey, I had always assumed coffee had a bitter-burnt flavour.  Nothing prepared me for the revelation that coffee could taste silky on the palate and feel soothing on the way down.  And it has altered my coffee habits.  I've become an all day coffee drinker who enjoys an evening cup as much as my first ( and it doesn't stop me from sleeping).  BTW - I drink Snark straight, no additives.  Now I only put coffee in my coffee.  It's that good.  Thanks Snark Bean.
