Our coffee roastery is located in gorgeous Burnstown, ON on one acre, 
backed by protected wetland.
 
 Roasted in a Fluid Bed roaster means convection air moves and heats our beans. The constant movement and consistent heat distribution produces a beautifully and uniformly roasted batch.
Unlike the majority of roasteries in the world, we rely on electricity vs fossil fuel for production and we pack our product in biodegradable bags - we even recycle our burlap bags and pallets that help get the world's beans to our door. 

 

Our focus and passion is to showcase and celebrate coffee farmers around the world and their expert knowledge of a very precious crop.
