Our coffee roastery is located in gorgeous Burnstown, ON on one acre, backed by protected wetland.
 
We roast our coffee in a small batch Fluid Bed roaster, which means we use convection air to move and heat our beans.
Unlike the majority of roasteries in the world, we rely on electricity vs fossil fuel for production and we pack our product in biodegradable bags - we even recycle our burlap bags and pallets that help get the world's beans to our door. 

              The environment is always at the forefront of our purpose.
